Risk management is a new function in our company, currently being developed within the Compliance department. We are looking for a person who will aggregate all data related to risk assessment into summary tables, communicate with stakeholders, and work as part of a team with the Risk Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze data related to various types of risks (operational, financial, regulatory, cybersecurity, etc.) from global sources.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative methods to assess potential risks and their impact on the organization.
  • Assist the Risk Manager in identifying emerging global risks affecting business operations.
  • Perform regular risk assessments, including scenario analysis and stress testing.
  • Track key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk events and provide timely updates to the Risk Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Prepare and maintain regular risk reports and dashboards for management and the board.
  • Support developing and monitoring risk mitigation strategies, ensuring that action plans are executed effectively.
  • Track the progress of risk mitigation efforts and update risk logs.
  • Update and maintain the global risk register, ensuring it is accurate, comprehensive, and current.
  • Assist in the documentation of risk management policies, procedures, and frameworks.
  • Ensure that the inDrive remains compliant with international regulatory requirements related to risk management.
  • Help monitor regulatory changes across different regions and assess how they may impact the organization.
  • Help the Risk Manager develop and refine the global ERM framework and risk management policies.
  • Assist in establishing governance processes and procedures related to risk management.
  • Stay informed about global trends and emerging risks, including cybersecurity, geopolitical, environmental, and regulatory changes.
  • Conduct research to support risk assessments and provide insights on new or emerging threats.
  • Work with other departments (e.g., legal, compliance, finance, operations) to gather risk-related information. Ensure alignment of risk management practices across different regions and functions.
  • Help implement and maintain risk management software and analytical tools used to track and manage risks. Provide support and training to other team members on using these tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in risk management, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Risk Analyst (CRA) or equivalent are advantageous.
  • 2-5 years of experience in risk analysis, risk management, or a related field.
  • Experience in global or multinational environments is preferred.
  • Previous experience in enterprise risk management or working in finance, insurance, or consultancy industries is beneficial.
  • Strong ability to analyze data, identify patterns, and interpret risk trends.
  • Ability to spot issues and inconsistencies in data and reporting.
  • Proficiency in statistical and risk modeling techniques.
  • Ability to effectively communicate risk-related insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with colleagues across various functions and regions.
  • A proactive mindset for identifying potential risks and suggesting practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in risk management tools and software (e.g., GRC platforms, ERM systems, risk analytics tools).
  • Strong Excel skills, including data analysis and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Familiarity with database management and statistical software is a plus.
  • Knowledge of risk management standards such as ISO 31000 or COSO ERM Framework.
  • Basic understanding of governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) processes.
  • Understanding of international risk factors, including geopolitical, financial, regulatory, and environmental risks.
  • Ability to assess risks across various geographies and industries.
  • Basic project management skills to help coordinate risk mitigation efforts and ensure timely execution of risk strategies.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment with changing risk factors.
  • Willingness to continuously learn about new risk areas, technologies, and global developments.
