We are looking for a Business Development (Operations) Specialist to work in our inDrive Delivery team.
Responsibilities
- Expand our Delivery vertical in Brazil, initiating activities and projects to achieve the main KPIs of our business
- Monitor our performance indicators and improve them by launching and executing various initiatives to acquire and retain both customers and couriers
- Ensure that Delivery Operation processes are being properly executed and that Supply is being correctly allocated
- Participate in the development of Supply strategies based on market and competition analysis in Brazil
- Generate and validate product, marketing, or operational hypotheses through A/B tests to improve our product
- Manage cross-functional projects with other teams: Product, Analytics, Marketing, Driver Acquisition, Ride-hailing, Customer Support, etc.
- Conduct regular quantitative analysis of market and product metrics to identify inefficiencies and discover growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Based in São Paulo
- Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Economics/Econometrics/Engineering/Mathematics/Statistics/Business/Management;
- 2+ years of experience in mobility/ride-hailing/B2B & B2C delivery markets, e-commerce, ideally with B2C products
- Enjoy working with numbers, applying a data-driven approach to problem-solving, and being proactive in finding solutions
- Practical experience with analytical tools such as Google Sheets and Excel
- Ready and able to conduct customer research, generate and test hypotheses (we love fieldwork and engaging with our customers and drivers)
- Availability for business trips within Brazil
- English proficiency will be a plus
