As a Junior HR Analyst, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department in various functions, contributing to the overall effectiveness of human resource initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Onboarding:

-Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires

-Prepare orientation materials and assist in training sessions

-Ensure new employees have the necessary tools and resources

  • HR Administration:

-Maintain employee records and HR databases

-Assist with payroll processing and benefits administration

-Support the management of HR policies and procedures

  • Performance Management:

-Assist in tracking employee performance data and feedback

  • Employee Relations:

-Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns

-Support initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction

  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

-Collect and analyze HR metrics to support decision-making

-Prepare reports on recruitment, turnover, and other HR metrics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Medium/ Strong English communication skills are essential for this role
  • Previous experience in HR or Administrative roles (internships included)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
