Marketing Back Office Specialist
, Almaty
The Marketing Operations Team is in search of an experienced Marketing Back Office Specialist!
Responsibilities
- Budgetary issues: planning, plan-fact analysis, transfer of budget balances
- Conducting the contractual process and document flow with contractors, in collaboration with marketing communications managers, legal, and financial departments
- Formation of a draft agreement
- Monitoring the conclusion of NDA and compliance with new counterparties, as well as monitoring the status of current contracts
- Coordination of the contract with all interested departments and individuals
- Monitoring contract conclusions, exchanging documents, and preparing reports on completed work
- Accounting for existing documentation, sorting, grouping, and archiving documents
- Communicating with counterparties regarding timely payments and document exchanges
- Making payments (including SLOGs & custdevs); -Tracking payment statuses
- Accurate reflection of costs in internal systems
- Experience with SAP, Oracle systems, etc.
Qualifications
- Higher education (economics / finance / accounting / analysis and audit)
- Experience working with company budgets
- Experience with contracts and basic reporting (invoices and certificates of work performed)
- English language not lower than B2
- Good knowledge of office software: Google Docs, SAP, Oracle systems, etc.
- Attentiveness, responsibility, accuracy, and high speed of work
