We are currently looking for Senior/Middle Product Analysts for several teams: Ride-Hailing, Couriers, Marketplace Efficiency, and Fintech. They will be responsible for the product and will find optimal solutions to improve the convenience of interaction between the user and the product
Responsibilities
- Select and calculate product and business metrics when implementing projects product features
- Analyze key metrics to identify deviations growth opportunities and product development directions
- Assess potential profit from new projects or product features
- Maintain documentation of the analytics system in the companys knowledge base as part of its product
- Conduct A B testing including developing conditions and interpreting result
- Make recommendations for improving the product and find optimal solutions to improve the convenience of interaction between the user and the product
- Interact with all teams of the Data Department to optimize data flows control the quality and integrity of product data create data marts for the product
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics or data science
- Analytical mindset: structured and critical thinking, the ability to find a balance between the resources spent and the effect on the business
- Strong mathematical background with an emphasis on mathematical statistics, optimization theory, time series and causal inference
- Proficiency in Python and data analysis libraries
Proficiency in SQL: ability to work with large amounts of data, write and optimize complex queries, create analytical data marts
Experience in creating BI reports: Plotly / Redash / Tableau
