We are currently looking for Marketing Data Analyst, who will be responsible for analyze marketing campaign data to assess effectiveness and optimize ROI, include studying user behavior, creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, and collaborating with marketing, sales, and product teams. You will develop forecasting models, monitor key performance indicators, and implement new tools to enhance analytical efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Analysis of Marketing Campaigns
  • Collect and analyze data related to marketing campaigns
  • Assess campaign effectiveness using various metrics
  • Develop recommendations to improve ROI and optimize marketing spend
  • User Behavior Analysis:
  • Study user behavior on company websites, apps, and platforms
  • Identify trends and patterns to improve the user experience
  • Development and Maintenance of Dashboards and Reports
  • Create regular reports on key marketing metrics.
    Maintain and update existing dashboards to monitor business metrics
  • Collaboration with Business Units:
    Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop strategies and set goals
  • Provide analytical support for business decision-making
  • Development of Forecasting Models:
    Create and maintain forecasting models to predict future marketing and business outcomes
  • Assess risks and identify growth opportunities.
    Monitoring and Reporting
  • Regularly monitor key performance indicators.
    Ensure timely reporting to management and stakeholders
  • Automate data collection and analysis processes
  • Seek out and implement new tools and methods to enhance analytical efficiency

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, or related fields.
    2-3 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or business analytics
  • Practical experience with big data, analytical tools, and Business Intelligence, Strategic insights and (BI) systems
  • Ability to collect, process, and interpret large volumes of data
  • Proficiency in SQL for database queries
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or R
  • Experience with BI tools (Tableau or similar).
    Knowledge of Marketing and Business Analytics
  • Understanding of marketing metrics and KPIs (e.g., CAC, LTV, ROI etc)
  • Knowledge of market analysis methods, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior
  • Ability to identify trends and patterns in data and propose business solutions based on insights
  • Experience working with predictive analytics and forecasting models
  • Ability to effectively visualize data to present analysis results to the team and management.
    Experience creating interactive dashboards and reports
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python
  • Experience with marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce)
  • Understanding of data collection methods
  • Ability to clearly and concisely present analysis results to non-marketing audiences
  • Strong team player with the ability to collaborate with various departments
