Join us as a Senior Marketing Specialist for Aurora, where you'll develop and execute data-driven strategies to build a compelling brand. You'll manage multi-channel campaigns, engage with stakeholders, oversee budgeting, and handle media relations. This role also includes content management, crisis communication, and coordinating with the inDrive team to ensure seamless communication efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development and Brand Management: Conduct market research, develop and implement comprehensive data-driven marketing strategies to achieve the project’s goal – to build a consistent Aurora brand and a compelling media narrative through the most effective channels, to define target audiences and engage with them.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns through different channels together with the sustainability marketing team and external contractors: paid ads, social media, influencer marketing, email marketing, traditional and new media.
  • Budgeting: Develop and manage the communications budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
  • Stakeholders’ Engagement: Communicate effectively and timely with key stakeholders of the project - startup community, audience, partners.
  • Media Relations and Influencer Marketing: Engage with top and most relevant media, strategic partners, opinion leaders, and communities in the regions (securing various media placements: interviews, articles, etc.) and maintain coherent communication with them; prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other publicity materials.
  • Content Management: Set the communications goals and oversee the effectiveness of the content (video, texts) created for various channels and platforms (webpage, social media, newsletters, press releases).
  • Crisis Communication: Develop and execute communication plans to manage and mitigate issues that may affect the project’s reputation.
  • Measurement and Analytics: Track and measure the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns.
  • Coordination with the inDrive Team: Coordinate strategy and resources with inDrive’s marketing and PR teams to ensure cohesive and integrated communication efforts.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of proven working experience in marketing.
  • Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and the challenges women entrepreneurs face in tech.
  • Experience in managing international marketing campaigns and understanding cultural nuances across different regions.
  • Experience in working with contractors
  • Experience in international projects
  • Strong project management skills, being capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced and changing environment
  • Strategic thinking with a solutions-focused approach, readiness to make independent decisions
  • Collaborative team player comfortable working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong cultural communication skills, ability to adapt to various contexts
  • Excellent written and verbal English skills
