Technical Support Specialist
, Almaty
We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer support team, which is responsible for handling incidents, that occurred among service users in CIS region.
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Troubleshoot product or service issues reported by customers.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Familiarity with computer systems and technology.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude.
- Fluency in Kazakh and Russian (both!) is essential
