We're looking for a Technical Support Specialists in Philippines.

Responsibilities
-Response to clients requests via chat and email
-Helping and solving appeals of users.
-Analysis of client requests (chat, email)
-Conflicts resolution
-Managing customers expectation
Qualifications
-Google products knowledge: Google Sheets, Google Docs)
-Grammatically correct in written and verbal
-Competent verbal and written communication.
-Native language speaker (depending on the supported country)
-Typing skills (min. 100 words per minute)
-Experience in Customer Service industry (Omnichannel)
-Experience in E-Hailing added advantage
