We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting various HR functions, including HR administration, payroll management This position requires a comprehensive understanding of HR practices and a commitment to fostering a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

HR Administration:

  • Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including hiring, onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations
  • Prepare and process employment contracts, termination agreements etc.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
  • Coordinate employee status changes and update HR systems accordingly
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures

Payroll Management:

  • Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary distributions
  • Manage payroll inputs, such as hours worked, overtime, deductions, and benefits
  • Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile payroll accounts
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting requirements
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly

Employee Interaction and Support:

  • Respond to general employee inquiries regarding HR administration and payroll issues
  • Provide guidance and clarification on HR policies and procedures to employees

Expert Evaluation and Process Improvement:

  • Conduct expert evaluations of HR administration processes and recommend improvements to management
  • Participate in the audit of HR processes to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Suggest enhancements to existing HR practices to optimize workflow and employee satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in an HR Generalist role
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience with HR and payroll software systems is preferred
