Digital Lead Mobility will be responsible for digital acquisition in 3 Mobility Verticals in inDrive: Intercity, Couriers and Freight. Exciting part about this vacancy is that GEO he will cover includes more than 10 focus countries (ex. Colombia, Peru, Egypt, Morocco, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Pakistan etc.) and digital acquisition should be held both audience P2P and B2B.

Responsibilities

  • Designing and implementing digital strategy as part of the company’s broader business and marketing plans, building affinity and leading demand generation.
  • Managing all digital channels such as Google, Meta, SEM, SEO, ASO etc.
  • Taking care of experiments around the best in class creatives, websites.
  • Building websites.
  • Being responsible for paid acquisition funnel conversions on Desktop and Mobile
  • Liaising with senior management to draw up, marketing innovation strategy set corporate goals and maximise budget value.
  • Liaising with third parties like digital agencies and software vendors to optimise channels, lead gen, bidding and targeting strategies.
  • Researching and analysing performance drivers to improve future campaign profitability/growth and contributing towards yearly marketing budgets, KPIs and sales forecasts.
  • Building and leading the digital team to plan, create and implement a comprehensive comms and social media strategy to increase reach, number of followers and engagement, and ultimately to drive revenue.
  • Designing campaign, content and video strategies that transmit the organisation’s goals and objectives together with the Marketing team.
  • Planning and leading team building / budget planning / recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in digital and in both mobile and desktop acquisition from 5 years.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Growth approach at work: fast experiments and innovations driver.
  • Team management experience from 3 years. The team will consist of 5 specialists under solid line and other resources in matrix team.
  • English language C1-C2.
  • Experience delivering KPIs, measurable output and financial results.
  • Excellent project management, communication and people skills.
