Senior Technical Support Specialist

, Cairo

We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist in Egypt, who will work in our Cairo office.

Responsibilities

-Handling incoming calls;

Outgoing calls;

Helping and solving appeals of users.
-Control the quality of the work of the staff of the Contact Center
-Training new call center operators;
-Answering questions from staff and providing guidance and feedback

Helping operators and enhance their quality of work

Qualifications

-Native Arabic language speaker
-English language speaker (intermediate)
-Good verbal communication
-Multi-tasking
-Work in a team
-Grammatically correct in written and verbal
-Stress resistance
-Responsibility
-Computer literacy
-Customer Focus
-Desire to benefit and help people
