We seek an experienced Corporate Communications Manager based in Latam, to oversee our corporate communications, including conferences and awards. If you have a strong background in corporate communications we eagerly await your application!

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies for maximizing visibility and engagement at global and regional conferences and awards. This includes crafting a strategic plan for both regional and global participation, ensuring alignment with the company's overall communication goals.
  • Manage all aspects of conference participation and award submissions, including planning, execution, and budget management. This involves coordinating with internal teams, external agencies, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
  • Create compelling content, including social media posts, presentations, and speeches related to conferences and awards. Ensure content is engaging, on-brand, and tailored to the target audience.
  • Cultivate relationships with both internal and key external stakeholders to enhance the impact of conference participation and award recognition. Act as the primary liaison with C-level executives, providing briefings and preparing materials for their participation.
  • Collaborate with regional and other functional teams to ensure content preparedness and messaging consistency. Work closely with the corporate social media manager, analysts, and editors to support communication efforts.
  • Attend regular meetings and briefings, both regionally and globally, to stay informed and align communication strategies.
  • Compile agendas and strategic plans for conference participation and awards, suggesting improvements and adjustments based on regional and global insights.
  • Work with global and regional agencies to secure opportunities and support participation in conferences and awards. Utilize agency resources effectively to achieve communication objectives.
  • Add structure to the team's tasks, ensuring clarity and efficiency in their roles and responsibilities. Provide guidance and support to team members as needed.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in similar roles (Public relations, Corporate Communications, Conferences and Awards)
  • English: C1+, like-native or native proficiency
  • Exceptional writing and presentation skills, portfolio preferable
  • Experience in working with multi-cultural and international teams
  • Experience with C-level engagement (briefings, planning)
  • Experience with Awards submissions, speaker pitching for major global events
