We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team. You will focus on data analysis to optimize business processes and enhance user experience. Your role will involve creating analytical solutions and providing recommendations for achieving better results.
Responsibilities
- automatization of ETL Processes: Develop and maintain automated ETL processes on the analytical data layer, including writing and updating process documentation;
- BI Reporting: Create new and maintain existing reports in BI systems (Tableau, Power BI, Superset, etc.);
- data Quality Control: Develop and implement data quality control processes to ensure accuracy and reliability;
- SQL Optimization: Optimize existing SQL queries to improve performance and efficiency;
- сollaboration: work closely with the Data Engineering department to optimize data processing workflows;
- data Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business decisions;
- data literacy promotion: promote understanding of data among team managers and encourage self-service analysis by managers.
Qualifications
- proficiency in SQL: Ability to handle large data volumes, write and optimize complex queries, and create analytical data marts;
- proficiency in Python: experience with data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy);
- proficiency in BI Tools: Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Superset, or similar BI tools;
- proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets: Advanced skills in data manipulation and analysis;
- basic Knowledge of Machine Learning Algorithms: Understanding of classic ML algorithms such as linear regression, logistic regression, and clustering.
Preferred Qualifications
- experience with Google Cloud Infrastructure: Specifically, experience with BigQuery;
- A/B Testing: Experience in conducting and analyzing A/B tests;
- understanding of Unit Economics and P&L: knowledge of unit economics and profit & loss statements and their significance in business.
