InDrive Money is a dynamic fintech product focused on providing cash loans tailored for drivers globally. Our mission is to empower drivers by offering accessible financial solutions that support their needs.
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our global team. Your primary objective will be to scale our cash loans product for drivers worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Find and engage new partners to support the growth of cash loans across multiple geographies (Middle East and Asia - primary focus)
  • Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate the relationship moving forward
  • Manage and develop all current partnerships from business perspective (e.g. metrics, commercials, contracts)
  • Structure the current challenges and proactively find actionable solutions
  • Continuously research the local markets and come up with new fintech product ideas
  • Continuously liaise with cross-functional teams to speed up the scaling (M&A team, product & tech team, legal team)

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years in business development or partnerships B2B products
  • High degree of self-motivation and self-sufficiency
  • Ability to identify challenges, analyze data, and proactively implement effective solutions
  • High degree of proactivity and ownership - new ideas on products, ways to solve existing problems
  • Thrive in uncertainty and demonstrate high flexibility / adaptability to change
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to navigate complex business environments and drive consensus among stakeholders
  • Entrapreneurial spirit - an ability to find new opportunities, measure them, and manage implementation
  • Fluent English
