As a Commercial Lead at inDrive Delivery, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth and market presence in Brazil, Peru, and other LatAm regions. Your role involves building and leading a high-performing sales team, developing and implementing commercial strategies to achieve business goals, working in close collaboration with Operations and Product departments.

Responsibilities

Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve targets, ensuring consistent performance and professional development.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute commercial strategies aligned with business objectives to drive growth and market expansion in the designated regions.
Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including merchants, partners, and customers.
Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand the company's market presence.
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
Budget Management: Oversee the commercial budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a commercial or sales leadership role, preferably in the logistics, ride-hailing (B2B solutions), or technology sectors.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Skills: Strong business development and negotiation skills, analytical mindset, and leadership skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales performance tools.
Languages: Fluency in English and Portuguese and/or Spanish.
Regional Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the Brazilian, Peruvian, Colombian markets, with a network of industry contacts.
