Senior Business Developement Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Specialist to join our team in Egypt. This role is pivotal in driving business growth through strategic partnerships and market expansion initiatives. Responsibilities
- Be an owner of Egypt business metrics: track performance and analyze KPI of the service in the region
- Identify areas of improvement and growth through data analysis, market analysis and customer interviews and propose solutions;
- Cross-team work coordination and participation with Marketing, Operations, and Courier acquisition for successful completion of tasks;
- Business trips within the area of responsibility (customer development, research, surveys)
- Preparation and coordination of launches in new cities (with BDM)
- Field tasks and research including offline interviews, experiments, UX/UI tests
- Be a source of local expertise for product and business teams, review materials prepared by marketing team;
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in business development, strategy, or operations
- Experience in leading projects from ideation to execution
- Proficiency in Excel for data analysis
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and other presentation tools for reporting and analysis
- Enjoy working with numbers and applying a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- English level C1+
- Ability to work independently and handle a significant workload efficiently
- Nice to have: have practical experience with SQL
