Supervisor

* Onboarding new couriers: Welcoming new hires, providing training on company policies, app usage, and equipment.
* Managing courier equipment: Ensuring couriers have necessary equipment like thermal bags and other materials.
* Shift planning and scheduling: Creating courier schedules and working with them to find shifts that fit their needs.
* Monitoring courier attendance: Tracking attendance and resolving any issues if couriers are absent.
* Enforcing company policies and standards: Ensuring couriers adhere to traffic laws, customer service standards, and company regulations.
* Providing feedback and motivation: Communicating performance updates to couriers, conducting individual feedback sessions, and motivating them to improve their performance.
* Managing payroll: Calculating and processing courier paychecks.
* Providing support to couriers: Addressing any issues or concerns that arise during their work day, and providing assistance in difficult situations.

* Strong leadership and management skills: Ability to motivate and guide a team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to effectively communicate with and build relationships with couriers.
* Strong organizational and time management skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Attention to detail: Ability to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
* Experience in logistics or a similar field: (Preferred)
* Experience as a courier: (Valued)
* Knowledge of the city: (Valued)
* Proficiency in using technology: Ability to work with apps and online platforms.
