E-Payment Operations Specialist
, Almaty
We are seeking for a E-Payment Operations Specialist to join our team!
Responsibilities
- Process Improvement: Enhance workflow processes, automate tasks, and implement efficient tools to optimise departmental operations.
 - Cross-Departmental Support: Assist other internal departments with payment-related matters, explaining complex transactions, processing refunds, and clarifying payment statuses for other departments. Including preparation of instructions for internal tools related to payment processes and training in use.
 - Complex Issue Resolution: Address atypical and complex payment-related issues.
 - Payment Handling: Ensure uninterrupted payment processing and address transaction problems, such as double charges or erroneous transactions.
 - Payment Partnerships: Collaborate with various payment providers, banks, and payment systems.
 - Monetization Launch: Participate in the monetization launch of new cities and monitor payment statistics.
 - Preparation of instructions for payment methods and instruments.
 - Data Analysis: Analyse data and track user adaptation to new payment conditions during monetization in new countries or cities.
 - Enhancing Transparency: Take actions to improve transparency, minimise inquiries, and enhance the user payment experience.
 - Payment Process Analysis: Analyse payment processing procedures and identify potential improvements.
 
Qualifications
Mandatory:
- Developed communication skills: effective communication with various levels within the company and external partners.
 - Independence, initiative and ability to work autonomously.
 - Systems thinking.
 - Basic analytical skills.
 - Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to diverse markets and changes within them.
 - Collaborative team player.
 - Knowledge of English at B2 minimum (spoken and written).
 - G-suite knowledge: Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs, Google Drive.
 -  
Experience in inDrive Technical Support: knowledge of the application and internal tools and systems.
Desirable:
 - Financial education.
 - Knowledge of different analytical tools,
 - Payment systems knowledge:
 - Experience with various payment systems and methods.
