Technical Support Specialist

, Almaty

We are looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our Customer support team, which is responsible for handling incidents, that occurred among service users in CIS region.


  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods and tools.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Troubleshoot product or service issues reported by customers.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.


  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Proficiency in using customer service software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
