We are looking for a Project coordinator to join the Alternativa Film Project team. Alternativa Film Project (alternativa.film) is an international non-profit initiative by inDrive, designed to support filmmakers from developing cinema industries. Among our initiatives are international nomadic awards, a film festival, and film labs. We launched in September 2023 in Central Asia, and this year we expand our reach to Southeast Asia.
You will be responsible for maintaining and approving project documentation, managing operational tasks, and coordinating the recruitment, training, and management of volunteers. This position demands strong organizational skills, creativity in problem-solving, and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining internal and external documentation for the project.
- Approval of documents through the Customer's internal process system.
- Work with operational tasks from team members (creation of accounts, access, etc.).
- Coordinating the search, training and work of volunteers on the project.
- Initial processing of film award applications
Qualifications
- Experience working on the same position from 1 year.
- Experience working with official documents, contracts, budget etc.
- Strong organizational skills and high sense of responsibility.
- Ability to find creative solutions to non-standard situations, take proactive stance.
- Adaptiveness to the fast-changing environment.
- English at B1 level
