We are seeking talented Jira Administrator with a minimum of 3 years experience with Atlassian products.
You have our employees in several countries and so you will be responsible for dealing with enquiries from different countries and locations.
Responsibilities
- Comprehensive support and administration of Atlassian products;
- Working with user requests, joint search for optimal solutions;
- Creation and development of projects, business processes and automations;
- Preparation and updating of documentation, customization of dashboards;
- System integration, independent scripting.
Qualifications
- Experience in administration of Atlassian products (Cloud) from 3 years;
- Experience with popular plugins, knowledge of their capabilities and limitations;
- Experience in automating processes, including with ScriptRunner;
- Advanced analytical and design skills as a plus;
- English language proficiency from B1 level.
