The FinTech projects team is looking for an e-payments service manager, who will be responsible for payments and reconciliation with stakeholders and managing all e-payments within the payment system.

Role purpose: Continually improve e-payments services.


  • Participates in the development of the department’s business goals (OKR).
  • Oversee the management of in-app payment systems and ensure that they are secure and reliable.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with payment service providers, negotiate contracts, and manage service level agreements.
  • Develop and implement strategies for monetizing and expanding payment options.
  • Optimize pricing and reduce costs.
  • Maintain a high level of payment approval by analyzing payment data and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate payment systems into the ride-hailing platform.
  • Analyze payment data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the payment process.
  • Monitor and report on payment-related issues, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations related to payment processing.


  • Experience in payment processing, preferably in fintech.
  • Experience managing payment service providers and negotiating contracts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with payment industry regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
