We are looking for an experienced Program Manager for our Technology Department.

Responsibilities

Coordination of cross-functional teams’ work to ensure delivery of value within expected timelines across the program;
Working closely with product teams to create products and achieve tangiable impact throughout the development lifecycle;
Managing program schedules, identifying potential issues, and timely informing all key stakeholders;
Managing priorities, risks, and dependencies;
Establishing a process for continuous improvement of program metrics - performance (delivery and discovery), quality, as well as team engagement and maturity;
Facilitating project or program-level events.

Higher education (mathematics, technical, economic);
At least five years of experience as a project manager, business analyst, product manager;
Experience in product creation and development;
Experience with agile methodologies;
Proficiency with Atlassian tools, Miro, Google Docs/Sheets, tracking systems, etc.;
Willingness to work independently and solve problems;
Good communication skills.
A technical background will be a plus.
