The role involves creating compelling multimedia content (videos, graphics, animations) for internal communication at inDrive. This includes ensuring all content reflects inDrive's brand and values. Managing external contractors for content production, overseeing their work, and negotiating contracts are key responsibilities. Planning and executing projects, staying within budget and timeline, and gathering feedback from stakeholders are critical. Innovating communication methods, tracking performance, and providing insights for improvement are also part of the role, fostering collaboration across departments for effective communication.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce engaging multimedia content (videos, graphics, animations) to support internal communication initiatives.
  • Ensure all content aligns with inDrive’s brand, culture, and values.
  • Identify, select, and manage external contractors and vendors for creative content production.
  • Oversee the work of contractors to ensure high-quality output and timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage budgets for creative projects.
  • Plan, execute, and oversee internal communication projects from concept to completion.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Continuously innovate and improve internal communication methods to enhance employee engagement.
  • Propose new ideas and formats for internal communication content.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in multimedia production and internal communications.
  • Track and analyze the performance of internal communication initiatives.
  • Use data and feedback to measure the effectiveness of content and campaigns.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to improve future communication strategies.
  • Work closely with internal teams to understand their communication needs and develop effective content solutions.
  • Facilitate collaboration between different departments to ensure cohesive and effective communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media Production, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a creative production role.
    Strong portfolio showcasing creative content (videos, graphics, animations) produced for internal or external audiences.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in multimedia production tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    Ability to think creatively and strategically.
  • High level of adaptability and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
