We’re expanding our operations in one of the most significant markets for inDrive, and opening the role of Finance Business Partner in Brazil, responsible for the forecasting process for the LatAm region.
Responsibilities
Finance Business Partner is responsible for the monthly accurate forecasting process, plan-fact analysis, consolidation and P&L reports for the LatAm region:
- Participate in the development of market strategy together with business and marketing teams;
- Validate forecasts with Country Managers LatAm:
- Analyze plan/fact deviations to improve forecasting accuracy;
- Collect inputs from Business/Marketing teams and reflect this in the numbers, using a unified analytical approach across all countries;
- Make improvements in the current technical process of working with financial models;
- Participate in the target-setting process for countries/regions.
Qualifications
- At least BS in Economics/Finance;
- At least 5+ years experience in the similar role or such roles as Financial Analyst/Financial Commercial Analyst;
- Experience in financial & business modeling, financial & budgeting tools (Adaptive Workday/Anaplan/NSPB/Oracle Hyperion);
- Strong analytical skills - proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, basic knowledge of SQL is an advantage;
- Experience with BI tools, data visualization;
- Ability to understand complex ecosystems and translate them into high-end financial and operational models.
