We’re expanding our PR team in one of the most significant markets for inDrive. This new team member will be responsible for managing communication, handling crises, media relations, external and internal communication. Responsibilities

  • Lead the Communications strategy for the company in Perú.
  • Oversee and collaborate with PR Managers in the rest of the markets we operate in the region if needed.
  • Generate and carry out Communications strategies that position the brand, generate awareness for the company and promote its products and services.
  • Spokesperson for the company.
  • Generate strong media relations with journalists.
  • Generate content creation to support corporative and marketing activities, including written and visual materials such as press releases, blog posts, social media content, visual content, etc. to be used across different channels and platforms.
  • Pitch media while developing relationships with relevant journalists and bloggers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams in marketing, business development and government relations to generate and execute plans for key business initiatives in the region
  • Seek opportunities for partnerships, sponsorship and alliances.
  • Keep track of regional industry trends and events.
  • Monitor/analyze crises in Latam markets with the App users and develop immediate responses for local media and social media.
  • Contribute to the planning and reporting process of the PR department.
  • Manage our PR agencies in the region.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree, or higher, in Marketing, PR, Communications or other relevant discipline.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Marketing, Communication Management or Public Relations in a matrix-style organization and in a management role.
  • Advanced English level
  • In-depth demonstrable knowledge and experience of all aspects of internal and external communications mix, including research and measurement.
  • Experience in being spokesperson, copywriting and editing for business communications.
  • Teamworker.
