Responsibilities
- Onboarding New Couriers: welcome new hires to the courier team, provide comprehensive training on company policies, app usage, and equipment, ensure a smooth transition for new couriers.
- Equipment Management: oversee courier equipment, ensure that couriers have necessary tools, including thermal bags and other materials, address any equipment-related issues promptly.
- Shift Planning and Scheduling: create efficient courier schedules, collaborate with couriers to find shifts that align with their availability and preferences, optimize shift allocation for operational effectiveness.
- Attendance Monitoring: track courier attendance, address any attendance-related issues promptly, implement corrective measures as needed.
- Policy Enforcement: ensure couriers adhere to traffic laws, safety regulations, and customer service standards.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of relevant experience/
- Ability to motivate and guide a team of couriers effectively.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities in decision-making and problem-solving.
- Proficient in communication, both verbal and written. Build positive relationships with couriers, customers, and other team members.
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Familiarity with logistics processes, supply chain management, and transportation operations.
- Experience as a Courier as an advantage.
- Comfortable working with apps, online platforms, and digital tools.
