Business Development Manager

We're expanding our operations in one of the most significant markets for inDrive, and opening the role of a Business Operations Manager who'll be responsible for the business growth for our biggest services inDrive.Couriers (P2B) and inDrive.Delivery (B2B) - in Brazil. Business Operations Manager oversees whole business processes in the region aiming regional growth.

Responsibilities

  • Lead inDrive.Couriers and B2B Enterprise Delivery products in Brazil, being responsible for the growth trajectory in the country, including new launches, finding new opportunities, and customer segments, come up with the right Marketing&Sales mix, create and manage Couriers Acquisition channels, etc;
  • Work closely with the Product team to understand how to utilize existing features and propose new ideas on how to improve User Experience;
  • Develop strategy. Analyze market & competitors, participate in strategy development for the whole vertical;
  • P&L ownership of the region. Plan, monitor & optimize the core metrics (GMV, Revenue, Trips, Costs);
  • Coordinating interaction and processes between business and other departments;
  • Lead Business Development team as well as efficiently collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

  • Fluent English and Portuguese;
  • 5+ years experience in business operations/expansion/launching in Ride-Hailing, Delivery, and E-commerce fields are highly preferred;
  • 3+ years of experience as a manager;
  • Strategic leadership in project management:
    - Planning and scheduling,
    - Budgeting and Cost Control,
    - Communication and Stakeholder
    Management,
    - Leadership and team management abilities, including effective delegation and motivation;
  • Strategic thinking
    Being able to think strategically about business growth, and understand fundamental underlying factors of business model, market size & trends. Being able to translate strategic view to the cross-functional team;
  • Advanced knowledge of analytical tools: Tableau, Google services, and other BI;
  • Marketing research experience;
  • Knowledge of digital marketing: planning, results evaluation, tools, and media planning;
  • Long-term strategic vision - ability to understand consequences of actions for a long-term perspective business outcome;
