We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Supervisor to join our team in Egypt, focusing on serving the MENA region. In this role, you will lead a team of support representatives, ensuring exceptional customer service delivery and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
-Helping and solving appeals of users
-Control the quality of the work of the staff of the Contact Center
-Translation of texts;
Training and hiring new agents;
-Supervise and monitor the activities of contact center operators;
-Control the compliance of contact center operators with production discipline;
-Prepare reports on the quality of work performed by contact center operators;
-Answering questions from staff and providing guidance and feedback
-Devise ways to optimize procedures and keep staff motivated
Qualifications
-Developed communication skills;
-Competent verbal and written communication.
-Fluent in Arabic and Knowledge of English (B2 minimum);
-PC knowledge at the confident user level;
-Ability to work with large amounts of information, multi-tasking;
-Organizational skills;
-Management skills;
-Friendliness, tactfulness, and resistance to stress;
-Assiduity, patience;
-Work experience in a similar position;
-Willingness to travel.
