We're looking for a Customer Support Specialist in Egypt, who will work in our Cairo office.

Responsibilities


-Outgoing calls to clients
-Response to clients requests via chat, email and calls
-Analysis of client requests (chat, email)
-Conflicts resolution

Qualifications

Arabic language speaker
English language speaker (minimum B2) ---> mandatory
-Good verbal communication
-Multi-tasking
-Work in a team
-Grammatically correct in written and verbal
-Stress resistance
-Responsibility
-Computer literacy
-Customer Focus
-Desire to benefit and help people
