Senior QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA who will work in a team that organizes quality processes
Responsibilities
- Implementing quality management processes in cross-functional teams
- Working on the strategy and metrics for manual testing
- Working with test cases for in-house and outsourced testers
- Creating instructions and documentation for conducting manual testing
- Creating and maintaining quality metrics in Tableau
- Automating routine tasks using external services (Zapier, ChatGPT, Jira Automation, Behaviors, Slack)
Qualifications
- Independence and intrinsic motivation, ability to work without supervision
- Good knowledge of test design, practical application experience
- Experience working with a large number of test cases
- Experience in a Lead testing team position for at least 2 years
- Mobile testing experience on iOS and Android for at least 2 years
- Experience in implementing new processes in teams
- Ability to work with TMS (we use TestOps, but any would be suitable)
- Ability to engage in work-related conversation in English (English B2)
- Experience working with outsource/outstaff
- Basic IT specialist toolkit: Jira, Slack, traffic sniffer, Git/Github
