We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Drivers Marketing Team Leader to join our team and oversee our marketing efforts across the LATAM region. This role is pivotal in driving our marketing strategies, managing campaigns, and ensuring consistent and effective communication with our drivers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies tailored to the LATAM region, understanding the nuances of markets such as Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, and Peru.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Evaluate case studies and past experiences to enhance market understanding.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they meet performance metrics and improve funnel conversion rates.
  • Utilize various metrics to measure and enhance the effectiveness of digital performance campaigns.
  • Test hypotheses, improve current tools, and optimize processes for better campaign results.
  • Manage multiple projects involving diverse stakeholders using tools like Jira
  • Prioritize tasks efficiently and ensure timely delivery of marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate resources across teams such as Business Development, Operations, Digital, CRM, Media, Autobranding, and Product.
  • Lead social marketing efforts, creating engaging content to boost driver awareness and engagement.
  • Develop content that aligns with our communication goals and measure its impact on our target audience.
  • Ensure social marketing efforts are consistent and measurable.
  • Foster strong relationships with drivers, enhancing their loyalty through effective communication and engagement strategies.
  • Work on building loyalty programs and organizing events to strengthen driver relationships.
  • Manage communication strategies across various channels, including social media and WhatsApp.
  • Demonstrate proactiveness by bringing new ideas to the table and executing them effectively.
  • Share examples of previous initiatives that highlight your ability to innovate and drive results.

Qualifications

  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, specifically within the LATAM region.
  • English proficiency, B2+ - please send in your resume in English
  • Background in the ride-sharing industry/tech saas is preferred
  • Demonstrated success in digital marketing, CRM, and project management.
  • Experience in content creation and social marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital performance metrics and CRM marketing tools.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish.
  • High level of independence in planning and implementing marketing strategies under limited resources.
  • Skills in prioritizing tasks based on data and company goals.
  • Proactive and innovative mindset.
  • Strong communication skills.
