Driver Retention Specialist

• Implement business development initiatives and campaigns concerning the drivers community
• Forecast and manage the country's situation in managing drivers retention
• Constant engagement with drivers' community with business & partnership initiatives
• Analytical and bird' eye vision in solving problems concerning drivers' supply
• Entrepreneurship mindset in finding new ideas and solutions in managing drivers' community & supply
• Constant monitoring of country situations and regulations concerning the ride-hailing ecosystem

• Good oral and written in Malay & English, additional language is a plus
• Able to lead and manage projects
• Analytical skills
• Good skills in Google/MS Slides, Sheets & Words
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Fast Learner
