We’re expanding our People & Culture department in Mexico, and right now we’re looking for a Training & Development professional.

As a Senior Training & Development specialist, you will play an integral role in creating, implementing and facilitating employee development programs in the LatAm region. You will get the flexibility to design and organize training courses by combining creativity, research and analysis of existing and new materials.


  • Create and manage global learning programs, ensuring program quality, effectiveness, consistency and scalability. Continuously drive program improvements;
  • Deliver structured learning experiences and assess impact (both virtually and in-person);
  • Partner closely with functional and regional stakeholders across the organization to identify learning needs and collaborate with team-members to build and deliver learning initiatives and solutions;
  • Supervision and participation in internal projects; collaborate with other teams in the People & Culture department to implement global projects in the region of responsibility;
  • Keep the learning content up to date: create boards and files for team collaboration;
  • Collect analytics and evaluate the effectiveness of training activities;
  • Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results;
  • Work collaboratively with instructional designers;
  • Analyze the effectiveness of training and workshops and deliver the appropriate modification, 1:1 coaching and reinforcement as needed.
  • Act as a trusted partner for regional and global stakeholders to advise on and implement effective learning solutions.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning, design, and delivery of training and facilitating meetings;
  • Experience in tech companies and business partnering experience are beneficial;
  • Solid program and project management skills,
  • Knowledge of pedagogical design and methods for evaluating the effectiveness of training;
  • English and Spanish proficiency, Portuguese would be an advantage;
  • Demonstrated experience delivering training to a live audience virtually and in-person;
  • Ability to use and facilitate e-learning authoring tools;
  • Developed communication skills, ability to work independently, proactivity and creativity, technical and business acumen.
