Responsibilities

  • Maintain business metrics and/or improve the them by launching and managing the execution of initiatives to acquire new users, activate & increase their engagement;
  • Product development - generate and validate product, marketing & operations hypotheses with cross-functional teams to boost growth;
  • Participate in strategy definition - market research & competitor analysis, both desktop & fieldwork, participate in the development of the vertical strategy;
  • Conduct regular quantitative marketplace & product metrics analysis to discover inefficiencies and provide solutions;
  • Conduct qualitative analyses through surveys, fieldwork and deep interviews;
  • Implement strategies based on data analysis to promote growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or Master's Degree in Economics/ Econometrics/ Engineering/ Mathematics;
  • At least 1 year of experience in the ride-hailing space/ B2B & B2C delivery, e-commerce marketplaces in a data-heavy role (business/product/ops analyst), ideally with B2C products;
  • Enjoy working with numbers and applying a data-driven approach to problem-solving;
  • Have practical work experience with analytical tools such as SQL;
  • Have experience with hypotheses generation and testing them via MVP solutions;
  • Ready for business trips to other countries in LATAM;
  • English - Upper-Intermediate or higher
