Product Marketing Team Leader APAC

As a Product Marketing Team Leader APAC, you'll manage multi-channel user communications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support content plans and product rollouts. Responsibilities include automating processes, leading marketing projects, analyzing user funnels, and conducting data analysis. You'll implement new content mechanics and explore user data for insights.

Responsibilities

  • Configure and manage user communication across multiple channels (embedded experience, push, in-app, email, sms, messengers etc.).
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to maintain a consistent content plan in direct communication channels and roll out product features with the team.
  • Identify growth points for process automation, optimizing communication efficiency.
  • Take ownership of product marketing projects, ensuring flawless execution from concept to completion within specified timelines.
  • Analyze the user funnel to pinpoint bottlenecks and areas for improvement, focusing on enhancing conversions at each stage.
  • Conduct regular data analytics, including hypotheses, A/B tests, and campaign effectiveness assessments.
  • Test and implement new mechanics and content.
  • Dive into the user database to unearth insights and identify growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Extensive Product/CRM marketing Experience: Proven track record in customer relationship management, preferably with a focus on engagement and retention strategies in a high-volume, fast-paced environment using relevant CRM platforms.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, including hiring, training, and developing staff to achieve high performance and strategic objectives.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to inform strategies, measure impact, and drive continuous improvement in product and crm marketing initiatives.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to clearly convey strategies and goals to team members, stakeholders, and Drivers.
  • Project Management: Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously with a sharp eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt strategies based on evolving business needs and market conditions.
  • Customer-Centric Mindset: A deep understanding of customer engagement and satisfaction, specifically tailored to the needs and expectations of drivers.
