We're looking for a specialist to join our Metrics Control Team who will monitor and adjust order settings and parameters across cities and regions. This department acts as a bridge between L2 support, business, and product teams.

Responsibilities

Tracking KPI of app, cities and countries
Processing incoming requests and tasks
Interaction with other departments and divisions if necessary for requests execution
Collection, processing and analysis of data
Comply requests in established deadlines
Provide assistance to colleagues in solving problems of their activities if help can lead to a qualitative improvement in performance
Comply with confidentiality rules when working with personal information

Qualifications

English skills at A2 level or higher
Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel) and Google Docs/Sheets
Comfortable working with document templates and forms, and know how to fill them out correctly
