Senior Driver Acquisition Specialist
, Almaty
The Driven Acquisition team is looking for a Senior Driver Acquisition Specialist whose main task will be to hire, train and manage the team responsible for activating drivers in our service in the CIS countries
Responsibilities
- Manage driver acquisition and activation process: selecting channels, optimizing tools, and coordinating team
- Lead and manage a team of driver acquisition and activation agents and suppliers
- Conduct surveys to identify user pain points at regional, country, and city levels
- Research competitors within the region, country, and city
- Create and oversee projects based on research findings in collaboration with other departments, setting and achieving specific goals
- Conduct customer development (CustDev) through field research with drivers and passengers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments and teams to enhance existing processes and develop new ones
Qualifications
- English at least Upper intermediate level
- Up to2 years experience in a related area or in sales
- Demonstrated expertise in sales and user acquisition
- Willing and able to travel as needed
- Good analytical skills and a data-driven mindset
- Readiness for business trips
