We are looking for an experienced Branding Finance & Analytics Specialist who will join our office in Almaty!

Responsibilities

Calculation of economic effects of branding campaigns, and initiation of improvements
Financial planning of branding activities in all active countries
Analysis and reporting on current spendings, using a unified approach across all countries
Optimisation of unit economics for driver branding projects
Extensive communication with regional branding teams and finance team to achieve highest ROI
Collaborate with the global branding team to design, execute, and measure A/B tests
Perform occasional audit activities

Bachelor's degree (or above) in preferably Mathematics, Economics, or Accounting
3-5 years (or above) work experience in preferably multinational companies
Strong strategic and analytical skills, with a keen ability to identify and prioritize growth opportunities
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, basic knowledge of SQL
Good verbal and written communication skills in English (B2+ level) to effectively communicate in an international work environment
High level of autonomy
