Senior GTM Manager
, Limassol
We are looking for an experienced marketing manager to support inDrive Money to boost our unique products for user community and make the experience path even better. We are in progress of creating a transparent transaction tool which helps to control all the expenses seamlessly in real time as well as provide more financial opportunities for our clients using our loans and credit cards.
Responsibilities
- At least 5+ years of digital consumer marketing experience gained in a global company (Fintech, Neobanks, RH, e-commerce, marketplaces are preferable).
- Strong data and analytical skills.
- Advanced or higher English language level; Spanish is a plus.
- Experience working with a mobile product.
- Track record of effectively delivering multiple marketing projects in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong project management experience (including agency management), campaign planning, and execution.
- Ability to develop market insights, marketing strategy, and analyze campaign effectiveness.
- Experience launching new products will be a great addition.
Qualifications
- Develop and drive Go-To-Market strategy and marketing operations for inDrive Money.
- Meet company goals and KPIs for inDrive Money growth.
- Take responsibility for the lifecycle of the user base, ensuring their quality, activity, and retention within all inDrive Money products.
- Analyze the effectiveness of all marketing channels and activities, optimizing strategies for maximum impact.
- Oversee all budget processes for inDrive Money marketing.
- Conduct market and audience research.
- Collaborate with Ride-Hailing marketing,
- Product Marketing, digital, business development, and product teams.
- Conduct cross-promotional marketing pilots with partners across markets to test hypotheses and assess user needs and demand.
- Scale synergy between Ride-Hailing and other inDrive verticals business and inDrive Money.
