Our Sustainable Marketing team plays a crucial role in promoting company’s social projects. We are seeking a talented Project Manager/Producer to join our team, where you will focus on inVision, our non-commercial projects aimed at challenging social injustice in various areas of life: manage our projects, and build lasting relationships with our inVision project teams.
As a Project Manager/Producer within our team, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of various marketing projects. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, content creators, and projects’ teams as well as our freelancers and external agencies, to ensure the timely and budget-compliant completion of marketing initiatives. This position requires a strategic thinker with exceptional organizational and communication skills, adept at handling multiple projects in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
- Project Planning and Execution: Lead the planning and implementation of marketing projects, developing detailed project plans and maintaining project timelines. Ensure alignment with team objectives and flawless execution by coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
- Task Traffic Management: Coordinate and manage incoming tasks from project teams, ensuring efficient distribution and prioritization.
- Creative Team Coordination: Assign tasks to the creative team, including designers, art directors, and copywriters, and monitor deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Budget and Documentation Management: Manage project budgets, oversee financial reporting, and track expenses to ensure alignment with budgetary constraints. Handle all necessary documentation and maintain a centralized repository for all project files.
- Freelancer and Stakeholder Management: Oversee the work of freelancers, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines. Manage relationships with internal clients and all stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are aligned.
- Process Transparency and Optimization: Ensure all project participants have a clear understanding of processes and project status. Proactively suggest and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Performance Measurement and Risk Management: Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Producer in a marketing agency or similar environment
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and project management methodologies
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field would be a plus
