We are looking for a full-time entry-level manager to join our regional team as Driver Acquisition Specialist who is ready to undertake the responsibility for driver acquisition and engagement in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

Constant monitoring of country situations and regulations concerning the ride-hailing ecosystem
Implement business development initiatives and campaigns concerning the driver community.
Forecast and manage the country's situation in managing driver supply
Constant engagement with drivers' community with business & partnership initiatives
Analytical and bird' eye vision in solving problems concerning drivers' supply
Entrepreneurship mindset in finding new ideas and solutions in managing drivers' community & supply

Qualifications

Good oral and written in Malay & English, additional language is a plus
Good presentation and negotiation skills
Good skills in Google/MS Slides, Sheets & Words
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Fast Learner and possesses the skills of forming, and managing teams
Able to lead and manage projects
Able to travel within the country when needed
