We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to join our EMEA Recruitment Team. The main responsibility is to search for talent for the EMEA region, specifically in Marketing, Digital, Business Development, Legal, and Finance positions.
Responsibilities
- Selection of specialists in various areas (Marketing, Digital, Legal, Finance, Business Development)
- Actively sourcing candidates through various channels and conducting interviews
- Facilitating communication between candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Generating recruitment analytics as required
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new employee
- Participating in additional HR projects and activities as needed
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in recruitment
Analytical thinking - Developed communication skills
Initiative, independence, result orientation, ability to finish the job - Proven track record of successfully completing assignments
- English - upper-intermediate
