Revenue&Marketplace Efficiency Department is looking for a Region Manager.


  • Spearhead the strategic planning and meticulous execution of the launch for new international markets, ensuring seamless market entry and sustainable growth
  • Develop and refine comprehensive growth metrics, meticulously analyzing investment volumes to optimize market expansion strategies and maximize returns.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of supply and demand dynamics, utilizing sophisticated market research methodologies to gain deep insights into market trends and consumer behavior
  • Formulate and implement nuanced pricing strategies tailored to the unique characteristics and demands of diverse international marketplaces, driving revenue growth and market competitiveness
  • Identify, design, and implement optimal bonus schemes to incentivize and reward desired behaviors among marketplace participants, fostering engagement and loyalty.
    Innovate and design cutting-edge incentive systems, leveraging emerging technologies and behavioral economics principles to enhance marketplace efficiency and drive performance
  • Actively participate in testing and refining new marketplace efficiency tools, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration and effectiveness of innovative solutions
  • Navigate projects through all stages of the development lifecycle, from initial hypothesis formulation to rigorous testing and evaluation, ultimately delivering tangible, impactful outcomes that drive marketplace success and growth


  • A higher education degree in natural sciences with a focus on finance, economics, or business management
  • Proven experience in finance or business analytics
  • Proficiency in English
  • Solid understanding of mathematics and basic statistics
  • Knowledge of SQL for database management and queries
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and draw actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to make decisions with incomplete data
  • Understanding of business problems and the ability to independently propose effective solutions
