We are expanding our inDrive Money vertical. We’re looking for a UX Researcher to join our Mexican team. You will be responsible to develop research plans and methodologies to understand user behaviors, needs, and preferences, data collection and analysis of it. You will be working with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute comprehensive UX research utilizing various methodologies such as cualitative and cuantitative studies.
- Collaborate closely with product teams and business stakeholders to translate research findings into actionable insights and strategies.
- Advocate for user needs to the Product team, ensuring that user-centered design principles are at the forefront of product development.
- Manage and prioritize research plans effectively, catering to both immediate and long-term project needs.
- Source and negotiate with contractors to facilitate research processes.
- Develop recommendations for product enhancements based on empirical data and analysis.
- Engage in collaborative design efforts with the design group to ensure alignment between user needs and product offerings.
- Contribute to the maintenance and growth of the research library, elevating UX expertise within product teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HCI, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX Researcher, with a portfolio that includes both small-scale and large-scale projects.
- English Advanced level;
- Strong understanding of UX research methodologies and user-centered design principles.
- Experience interacting with diverse teams, including design, product management, and marketing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in developing and negotiating contracts.
- Strong experience drafting contracts and negotiating clauses.
