The Safety Operations Analyst initiates and leads safety projects for users of our service (both drivers and passengers). This role analyze the causes of incidents during trips, classify them based on common characteristics to suggest solutions, such as developing a special safety feature. This feature needs to be discussed and approved by other departments, such as legal, and presented to Business Development teams.

Responsibilities

  • Execution for a wide range of Safety projects, ranging from product/tool rollout, policy/process update, to support channel strategy changes
  • Support the Incident Response team when managing critical safety-related cases / complaints
  • Maintain a proactive approach toward identifying and mitigating safety risk
  • Data analysis of incidents: manage data-driven decisions in terms of safety goals, strategies
  • Actively review safety-related cases and perform case studies to identify solutions to prevent/mitigate scenarios from occurring again

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of prior professional experience as a safety project manager, analyst, anti-fraud analyst/specialist
  • Good knowledge of any SQL dialect for writing complex queries (preferably experience with Big Query), excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Problem Solving, Planning and Organization skills: experience in solving complex problem through a structured approach with the capability to scope, plan, and organize the resolution
  • Strong Communication skills- you will drive discussions, keep calm, and focus
  • English - Advanced, Fluent.
