We are seeking for Fleet partnership manager to join our team!


The essence of this role is involves overseeing and expanding InDrive’s relationships with Fleet partners who provide vehicles to drivers on a rental or operational leasing basis. InDrive will take a commission from drivers, which we will then pass on to the partner.

  • Build partnerships with car providers
  • Build a financial model with each partner
  • Establish strategic goals with every partner
  • Find investors, conduct a roadshow, and manage relationships
  • Manage time and resources effectively
  • Make independent decisions critical to the
  • Growth and operation of the fleet segment.


  • Knowledge of ride hailing main metrics
  • Strategic leaders in project management:
  • Planning and scheduling
  • Budgeting and Cost Control
  • Scope Management: define project scope, deliverables, ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management
  • Leadership and team management abilities, including effective delegation and motivation.
  • English level not less than C1
