You will work in a team with a financial manager, assigning tasks to him, who will search for cost reduction points in driver acquisition, as we have tight deadlines. At the same time, we have a very high-level understanding of the cost of acquisition.
The most effective and cheapest channel will be monetized with funds from the most expensive one.

Qualifications

Ability to work with P&L, create business models, assumptions and possible outcome scenarios
Knowledge of ride hailing main metrics
Strategic leaders in project management:
Planning and scheduling
Budgeting and Cost Control
Scope Management: define project scope, deliverables, ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
Communication and Stakeholder Management
Leadership and team management abilities, including effective delegation and motivation.
English language proficiency at C1
