As the Analytics Team Lead within InDrive's Mobility Cluster, you'll play a pivotal role in leading and shaping our data-driven decision-making processes. You will lead a team of talented data analysts, ensuring seamless data operations, advanced insights generation, and strategic analytics that drive the performance of our mobility solutions. Your expertise will directly impact business growth, operational efficiency, and the development of innovative mobility services.
What is Mobility Cluster? We are a startup within a large company, and our goal is to obtain the second unicorn in our company's portfolio, based on one of our business units: Freight, Courier Delivery, and City-to-City Trips. We have the flexibility of a small company, with the resources of a Data-Driven corporation with a very strong team. This makes our work even more interesting.
Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Management. Guide, mentor, and inspire a team of data analysts, cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional development. Plan and oversee the team's workflow, prioritizing projects and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of analytical solutions.
- Strategic Analytics & Insights. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into analytical frameworks and strategic recommendations. Design and implement key metrics, dashboards, and performance monitoring tools that support decision-making for the Mobility Cluster.
- Data Architecture & Engineering. Work closely with data engineering teams to ensure data architecture aligns with business requirements. Supervise the development and maintenance of ETL processes to ensure accurate, high-quality data is available for analysis.
- Advanced Data Analytics & Modelling. Lead the development of predictive models and advanced analytics solutions that provide actionable insights into customer behavior, market trends, and operational efficiency. Drive the adoption of statistical and machine learning techniques to solve business challenges.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with product, marketing, finance, and engineering teams to ensure analytics align with overall business strategies. Advocate for data-driven decision-making across the Mobility Cluster.
- Reporting & Communication. Present analytical findings to executive leadership, clearly articulating insights, implications, and recommended actions. Develop standardized reporting practices to provide consistent, accurate, and valuable information to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 5-7 years of experience in data analytics, with 2-3 years in a leadership role, preferably within a high-growth mobility or tech environment.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python/R, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and familiarity with cloud-based data platforms.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong business acumen.
- Mindset: Problem-solving attitude, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
